Discussion for 1x12 behind the cut. Feel free to come back whenever you finish watching it :)
--I was kind of scared with the Will/Terri fight tonight! Especially when he grabbed her. I understood his anger (and part of me knew it wouldn't go there) but still, I was ready for that situation to defuse quickly.
--I kind of loved how Emma didn't just make Terri seem like a bad person. Also, I like how she stood up for Ken to Will earlier. (Even if I don't agree with the whole marriage thing)
--Rachel was a good mix of Type-A and team player to me. I like it when she's kind of hyper-focused on being number 1 but can still rally the group. Also: if the 'I can cry on command' line isn't an icon, IDK what I'm going to do. Loved it when she busted into the Principal's office.
--All versions of 'Smile' were okay to me, but the one at the end was my absolute favorite and it made me want the next CD. The one with Finn and Rachel sounded funny to me.
--Love the carryover of Kurt and Mercedes as BFF. Also, I like it how Kurt repeats clothing, it makes more sense.
--Saving the best for last: how completely awesome was Quinn? I loved how she handled Sue--she did learn from the best--and how she came to accept being in Glee. Quinn was ultra fierce.
Alright, so I think this was a stronger episode and I'm so excited for next week.
What are your thoughts? What did you love? What kind of made you pause? Slightly related: did anyone catch the routine on SYTYCD, I believe Harry Shum aka Mike Chang choreographed it. It was very good.
